We stand behind the products that we manufacture, therefore as 7ANNA Group sp. z o.o., owner of the NS Bikes brand, hereinafter referred to as NS Bikes, we provide a limited Lifetime Warranty on selected NS Bikes branded frames and forks.
LIFETIME WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
The Lifetime Warranty is valid for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. It is not transferable to subsequent owners and does not apply if the product is used by a business (for example: bikeparks, rentals).
The Lifetime Warranty applies to structural defects in material or workmanship and does not apply to paint or graphics, corrosion, damage resulting from accidents, improper repair or maintenance or other abnormal, excessive or inappropriate use.
The Lifetime Warranty applies only to selected NS Bikes frames and forks and does not apply to components supplied by third parties (e.g. suspension forks, shocks, derailleurs, etc.), or to components of frames that require periodic replacements, such as bearings or chain stay protectors.
The Lifetime Warranty applies to all NS Bikes branded frames and forks except for those used in dirt jump, freeride and downhill bikes. In other words, bikes in the IUC3, IUC5 and IUC7 categories are NOT covered by this warranty. The Lifetime Warranty is only valid if the bike has been registered with online form within 30 days of purchase. The registration form can be found here: https://www.nsbikes.com/warranty . The registration will require a proof of purchase to be submitted.
This warranty is completely void if any modification to the frame or fork is made, or if the frame or fork is fitted by the customer with components that are not compatible (e.g. chainrings that are too big and damage the chain stay, or tires that are too wide and damage the seat stay).
We reserve the right to reject a warranty claim if we believe that the product has been used incorrectly or excessively. Our professional expertise in this area will be regarded as final.
The Lifetime warranty does not cover:
- labor costs related to replacing damaged parts
- costs of shipping of defective products or costs of shipping of replacement parts
- costs related to adapting the older components to the new replacement part which may arise from new standards in the industry or discontinuation of certain product lines,
- bicycles that have been used commercially (eg. in rental stations).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Extension of Statutory Warranty: Our lifetime warranty on frames and forks serves as an extension of your statutory warranty. It does not limit your existing rights or alter the provisions of the statutory warranty. Instead, it specifically addresses the frame and fork warranty once the statutory warranty period expires.
Any claim under this warranty must be made through an authorized dealer or distributor.
The replacement products offered within the Lifetime Warranty will be based on the actual availability of a product, therefore they may be of a different color, may have a different specification or may be a completely different model that is sold at a similar price level and similar intended use as the original.
Compatibility Disclaimer: In cases of replacing older goods, there might be hardware incompatibility. We are not obligated to provide compatible parts due to technological advancements and design changes.
The estimated time for replacing defective goods under this warranty is not bound by the statutory warranty time and depends entirely on the current availability, offer and transport possibilities, depending on the destination place of delivery.
