The launch of the Fuzz was a huge milestone moment for NS. It was a complex project that proved to be a really serious challenge for our team. But looking back, we have to admit it - it's a f&^%# great bike!
The Fuzz has been thrashed and flipped by Sam Pilgrim and it's proved itself in the racing environment too, taking podiums at major DH events worldwide. Racers have clocked their personal records on this bike and freeriders have taken lines that they didn't believe were possible.
For 2015 the Fuzz frame has been redesigned to run on 650B wheels. The specifications have also been upgraded significantly, with better derailleurs and forks in both models.
As for the change from 26 to 650B - there is no doubt that all our riders felt that the bike is faster. If it's just a subjective feeling, or will it really bring in better results - the 2015 season will show. But we think it's a change that was inevitable, and personally everyone in our team likes the new bike better.
Apart from the revised geometry (more BB drop, slightly longer rear triangle and an even longer large size) the basic characteristic and kinematics of the frame remain the same as last years models. The geometry is truly modern - it's low, slack, has a tight rear end and a long front triangle. The 4-bar Horst link suspension has a significant amount of rearward axle movement which helps to absorb square faced bumps. There is also a fair amount of anti-squat built into the design to counter pedal-induced bob. The shock, which is the most heavy part of the frame is tucked away near the BB to keep the centre of gravity as low as possible.
The Fuzz 2 is built using a careful selection of components and offers great quality at a very competitive price. The package includes Marzocchi 888 forks and a high end DH specific NS cockpit with the Evidence Plus handlebars and Direct Mount stem.

Always wear a helmet when riding. It will not make you deathproof, but will increase your chances to avoid serious injury if you crash (and you WILL crash). A broken leg can be fixed. A broken brain cannot ! Even if you see some of our riders without a helmet, it's only because they are complete idiots !
