We’re in the middle of a transition and some of our usual comms channels - like the website contact forms and a few old email addresses - are currently offline. If you haven’t heard back from us, that’s probably why.

We’re doing our best to reply on socials as fast as we can - just a heads-up, our team is running a bit lean at the moment, so thanks for your patience. Warranty stuff:
All warranty claims need to go straight to the place where you bought the bike - your local authorised dealer or the store you picked it up from. They’re the ones responsible for taking the claim and moving it through the usual process.
