Hardtail lovers know what this is about. In the last years we have seen guys building up our freeride Surge frames into all-mountain bikes, even modyfying them to fit 650B wheels. So we decided it's time to make something really dedicated. The heart of the bike is a high-end cromoly frame built using Tange Eccentric cromoly tubes that have been developed over the years for our dirt-jump bikes. The result is an incredibly strong yet light hardtail for aggressive trail riding. It's designed around 650B wheels and a 142x12 hub.
The weight of the frame is approximately 2.4kg which is light by any standards, but don't worry, it's strong enough to hold up to a lot of abuse. The complete bike is fitted with a selection of NS Bikes components, high performance Avid brakes, the new X-Fusion Sweep fork and a 2x10 Sram drivetrain. All the know-how that NS has managed to aquire over the years in building steel hardtails has been funneled into the frame of this bike and it really is the very best money can buy.

Always wear a helmet when riding. It will not make you deathproof, but will increase your chances to avoid serious injury if you crash (and you WILL crash). A broken leg can be fixed. A broken brain cannot ! Even if you see some of our riders without a helmet, it's only because they are complete idiots !
